A villa in the greenery with independent apartments overlooking the garden
The villa is swathed in the greenery of a 3000 sm property, with fruit trees, palms, Mediterranean vegetation, green lawn and private parking.
All apartments are on the ground floor, each with independent entrance (3 steps), private veranda, privatekitchen, private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, wi-fi and mosquito nets. Each veranda is equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs, shelf and drying rack.
The studio is the perfect solution for a couple, the two-room apartment hosts 4 people, the large three-room apartment hosts up to 5 people.
In the back garden, a wooden platform shaded by a gazebo is the ideal place for relaxation in the greenery, perhaps taking advantage of the different fruits that our garden offers us: figs, medlars, pomegranates, prickly pears, plums, cherry plums, jujubes.
On one side of the villa guests find a cold summer shower, a foot washer, the area for sorting garbage and a sink.
The area in front of the villa, on the other hand, houses the parking area, part of the vast lawn, the pedestrian walkway for the Terra e Sole Cooperative and the phyto-purification system, which allows us to purify and totally reuse our waste water for irrigation.

Large spaces for large families
The three-room apartment accommodates up to 5 people and is characterized by large indoor and outdoor spaces.
The independent entrance through a large private veranda (30 square meters), accessible with three steps, is located at the front of the villa, about 100 meters from the SS195, busy especially in summer. The large veranda, shaded by white curtains that ensure privacy, is equipped with a dining table, deck chairs, open shelf and clothesline. The veranda leads to both the living room and smallest bedroom.
This apartment offers air conditioning in the living room and in the triple room and mosquito nets in every window and door.
The living room houses a large and fully equipped kitchen with 4 gas burners, fridge, electric oven and microwave, kettle, coffee machine. Guests also have, in the same large living room, a sofa and an armchair, a bookcase with TV and a dining table.
The main bedroom houses, in addition to a standard size double bed, a single bed and two open wardrobes. The smallest bedroom houses a bunk bed, a chest of drawers, an open coat rack, a folding table.

Family relax
The bright two-room apartment has a double independent entrance from two private verandas (south and west), accessible with three steps and placed on the side and back of the villa, both shaded by white curtains.
The two-room apartment accommodates up to 4 people and offers air conditioning in both rooms and mosquito nets in each window and door.
The living room houses a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living area with TV, an open shelf and two comfortable single sofa beds, always ready for rest. The kitchen has two induction hobs, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. The living room has direct access to the west veranda, equipped with dining table, deck chairs, open shelf and clothesline.
The bedroom has a standard double bed, an open wardrobe, a TV and overlooks the south veranda.
The bathroom has a window and a shower.
The Studio of Casa Fiore –
Perfect for a couple
The studio apartment has an independent entrance from a private veranda, accessible by three steps and located on the back of the villa, shaded by white curtains and equipped with a dining table, deck chairs, open shelf and clothesline.
The studio is suitable for a couple and offers air conditioning and mosquito nets, a kitchenette equipped with an induction hob, fridge, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine.
The double bed has standard size and the wardrobe is open.
The bathroom has a window and a shower.
Shopping at the farmer market:
Being here you can directly access, through a pedestrian gate, the sales point of Santa Margherita agricultural cooperative, and buy 0km products (fresh and processed) and typical Sardinian products. In particular you can find freshly picked tomatoes, seasonal fruit/vegetables, creams and pickles. Also available are the best Sardinian cheeses and cold cuts, typical bread and sweets, bottarga and raw seafood, wines/liqueurs and oil, jams and honey, capers and spices, water.
Each apartment is equipped with a ice bag and containers for storing your fruit and vegetables, aluminum foil and film to wrap the sandwiches.
After breakfast please visit the cooperative and prepare a snack for the beach or for your trip, with good and fresh things!

We deeply know the beaches, the most inaccessible and hidden coves and the different sea conditions, but also paths, roads and off-road routes. We have GPS tracks for runinng, trekking and mountain biking, if you want to venture alone, or we put you in contact with qualified guides.
We show you the best restaurants, including those on the beach, but also the cheapest ones, the best pizzerias, the most familiar farms, but we also provide you with the ice bag for your picnic.
A facility also for outdoor sport enthusiasts
Casa Fiore not only offers relaxation in the greenery, but also the contact to a still untouched nature, suitable for outdoor physical activities and sports. We personally practice surfing, windsurfing and SUP, as well as mountain biking and hiking and we are able to guide you in choosing the best activity and route.
The Sulcis mountains, a true paradise for hiking and mountain biking lovers, open out right behind us. Roadbikers in transit on SS195 or SP71 find breathtaking views like Tuerredda on the south-west coast or Teulada valley up-country. In the neighborhood several stables allow horse rides in the woods or on the beach. Chia, with conditions often right for surfing/windsurfing/kiting, is 20 minutes away. Is Molas and its well known golf club is just a few minutes away.
In Nora, fans of this sport find beach tennis fields, also organized with racket hire and lessons, while Agumu beach offers a federal sailing school, for adults and children, where to practice sailing, windsurfing, SUP, kayaking and kiting.
Guests who need to exploit the very first hours of the day to avoid the heat, may consume the rich breakfast since early morning. We also make available to our gusts a locked storage with toolbox, an open-air shower to refresh themselves or rinse wetsuits and a high pressure waterpump to clean their equipment.
White sand, rocky capes, Mediterranean vegetation, crystal clear water
Difficult to find a bad beach in Sardinia … and here you find some of the most beautiful beaches of the island: Nora of course, only 5 minutes from us, Chia with its seven bays, Tuerredda with breathtaking light blue water, Capo Malfatano with the natural harbor and the coves, Piscinnì, Porto Tramatzu, Teulada and Cala Zafferano, reachable only by boat. Landscapes are wonderful, the coast keeps its naturalness almost intact thanks to the low presence of buildings and the water is always transparent.
The closest beach is the Agumu bay, next to the Nora lagoon: it has no bathing facilities and is rarely visited, with the exception of sailors and residents who seek the utmost tranquility and ease of parking even in August. The Sailing Center is federal, and every day many marine activities are in full swing.
Nora, 3 km away, offers a wide white sandy beach with convenient access. A few hundred meters from the beach there is the Madonna del Mare statue, located about 10 meters deep, reachable from the beach by good swimmers.
In Santa Margherita di Pula there are mainly two bathing areas: the Flumendosa camping beach (2 km from us) and the pinewood beach (7 km from us), both with with convenient access. But it is in particular the Pinus Village beach with its coves that is worth at least one visit, especially with wind from the west and Mistral.
The conditions of the beaches vary according to the intensity and direction of the wind. For breakfast, it is our practice to check the weather forecast and to recommend the place we judge best for the day.
